Tobin,

As you may remember, my wedding certainly had moments with challenge and stress. How refreshing it was to have joy and humor radiate from you throughout! You were a tension-melter.

The most touching moment I had with my mom the whole day was during the shots you set up with she and I. You have a way of facilitating intimacy in your photographs that is truly unspeakable.

You went beyond. I couldn’t believe it when I saw you had climbed up that ladder; my mom whispered in my ear, “I wouldn’t have gotten that shot” when she saw you crawling on your belly; you got my cranky flower girl niece to smile; and my disapproving mother to tear up with joy.

You are a magic-maker. It's clear you love your work because you draw out love and joy from those you photograph. You were a joy to have involved in the most intimate moments of my special day. The smiles you brought to my face were not just for the photos, they were from my soul.

Tobin,

Having you take pictures at our wedding was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I laugh about it now, but to be honest, I was *just* about to go with someone a bit less expensive! But my intuition kept saying “GO WITH TOBIN, GO WITH TOBIN.” And I’m so happy I listened. I can’t stop looking at my pictures!

I can’t recommend you enough. Yesterday I was having lunch with some friends when I overheard the woman at the table next to ours tell her friends that her boyfriend had proposed to her. I couldn’t stop myself. I got up, marched over and interrupted their conversation by telling them what a huge mistake they’d be making if they didn’t get you as their photographer. Hopefully you’re not already booked on their date! Come to think of it, now, I’m kind of embarrassed about it.

You and your team made me feel both more comfortable than I have ever felt in front of the camera, and like a supermodel. And if I do say so myself…I pretty much look like one in the shots (LOL)! The photography was the only detail I never thought twice about the whole day. I knew it was handled.
